Removing a page from search-engine results.

At some point you may find that some of your website pages are shown as results within Google.

Pages such as "Terms and conditions", "Privacy Policy", etc which you don't want to appear within the Google results can be tagged for removal or exclusion.

Instructions

In order to remove or exclude a page from the search engines, follow these instructions:

1.Firstly select the page you wish to remove.

2. Then make sure you check "Hide from search engine results".

Notes

Within the present system, in order to have the correct meta-tags added to the page the following line must be within the <header> section of the html page code.

• master.php
• subpage1.php
